See Michael B. Jordan As Rocky’s Trainee In ‘Creed’
Michael B. Jordan will star in the upcoming Rocky 7 film, Creed. In the film, Jordan plays Adonis Johnson Creed, son of Rocky’s former nemesis, Apollo Creed. Phylicia Rashad will play his mother, Mary Anne. The cast is rounded off by Tessa Thompson, Andre Ward, and real life boxer Tony Bellew. In the story, Adonis Creed (Jordan) travels to Philadelphia and requests that Rocky Balboa train him to be a winning fighter. The film is being touted as a spin off rather than a sequel, but its still being produced by and featuring Sylvester Stallone, so think of it however you like. It will hit theaters on November 25, 2015 making it a great Thanksgiving vacation outing for American familys.
