Orange Is The New Black Season 2 Looks As Good As Season 1 – Watch Trailer
On Friday, June 6, 2014, the second season of the Netflix series Orange Is The New Black will be released in entirety. Netflix has released two promotional videos for the upcoming season. One is a season 2 trailer, while the other features members of the cast talking about the story’s development.
The second season will feature a new character Yvonne “Vee” Parker, played by Lorraine Toussaint. Toussaint has appeared on episodes of Scandal, Grey’s Anatomy, an The Young And The Restless. The trailer shows us this is not Vee’s first time serving a sentence, and she hasn’t been forgotten by other inmates.
While Orange Is The New Black centers around a White protagonist, it is rounded out with a supporting cast which includes Black, Latina, and Asian women (in season 2). Now is the time to check out the series. If you watch 1-2 episodes per week you can finish before the new season debuts in June.
