Shemar Moore Wants To Play Cyborg In Justice League Movie
Shemar Moore is voicing the character of Cyborg, a half-man, half-human hero whose body parts were replaced by gadgets after a terrible accident, in an upcoming Justice League animated production titled Justice League: War. However, he recently told Comic Book Movie that he has ambitions to play the character of Cyborg in a film:
“I’d be a liar if I didn’t say I have a fantasy or wish that [hopefully] I should be able to play Cyborg in a feature film,” he revealed. “I’d love it if they were able to do something with the Justice League to where I could join a group of actors and go out there and be Cyborg. This is just the beginning, but this is another avenue of entertainment that I now get in to play in and I really had a ball. Once they showed me the ropes and what it was, it was one of the most fun things that I’ve done as far as performing.”
IMDB has a Justice League movie slated for a 2017 release. Like the Avengers film, it will presumably pack in characters from its universe, DC in this case, into one 2-and-a-half hour thrill ride . The Justice League’s most famous characters include The Green Lantern, Wonder Woman, Flash, Superman, and Batman, but any character from the DC universe is eligible to appear.
