Fans Unhappy With The Game Season 6 Finale
Following the airing of the season 6 finale of The Game, fans seemed unhappy with the season as a whole. Comments which were the most critical received the most likes on the BET television series’ Facebook page. Fans called it the show’s worst ever season finale, and criticized the acting of the new cast members. Â Despite the online response, BET renewed the show for season 7Â back in March and there’s no reason for the network to change its mind. The 6th season debuted to just under 4 million viewers back in March 2013 (as we reported back then). Last week the show finished with 3.7 viewers according to TVByTheNumbers.
The following comments received 78 and 62 likes respectively on facebook:
“The worst season finale since the show has aired. I expected a lot more. Ill cherish the good memories from season 1-4. Writers lets please add some more depth to the characters again.”
“The game w/out Derwin and Melanie is like Sanford and Son w/out Lamont and Fred. Its hard to continue w/out the lead cast. They have the support cast carrying the show and the new additions (w/ the exception of Brandy/Chardonnay) are just eye candy. Nothing more. Lauryn London and Blu both are bad actors.”
