Jacob Artist, Gabourey Sidibe, Angela Bassett To Be In White Bird
Jacob Artist, perhaps best known for his role as Jake Puckerman on Glee, is the newest addition announced to the cast of the film White Bird. Angela Basset and Gabourey Sidibe were also announced as cast members recently.
The film, according to Variety, follows “a troubled young woman whose life is upended following the disappearance of her mother.”
Jacob Artist, who in real life is a trained dancer who was accepted into Julliard, will play the love interest of the main character.
The rest of the cast includes Christopher Meloni, Mark Indelicato, Shiloh Fernandez, Eva Green, and Dale Dickey. No details have been revealed about their characters yet.
