Catch Glimpse Of Zoe Saldana In Star Trek Into Darkness Trailer
Zoe Saldana is reprising her role as Uhura in Star Trek Into Darkness which is hitting theaters May 2013. The trailer is on the web, and she is featured in a few of the action scenes. Â Saldana had a big presence in the 2009 Star Trek film, and I consider it the breakthrough mainstream role for her.

Few of the other supporting characters are featured, and only for brief glimpses. The trailer focuses primarily on Captain Kirk and the villain.
There are multiple shots of Saldana. In one instance she appears to be on a mission with Captain Kirk, and in another scene it looks like she hiding her face, possibly crying. It’s a good sign that she appeared multiple times in the trailer.
