Alfrie Woodard to Play Taye Diggs’ Mom on Private Practice

Alfrie Woodard will appear on the upcoming season of  Shonda Rhimes’ ABC series Private Practice to play the mother of  Taye Diggs (aka Sam Bennett) according to this post on EW. Reports say she’ll be in one episode.

Forunately, if you want more Alfrie Woodard, you can catch her in the “black remix ” of Steel Magnolias  which airs on lifetime October 7th.
