Lauren London Takes Over For Tia Mowry
Fans of popular BET show The Game were disappointed after it was announced two leading stars, Pooch Hall and Tia Mowry, will not be returning for the show next season. Since the loss of the two stars was announced, the show has cast Lauren London, known for ATL, to help fill the hole.
Lauren London has been developing a fan base while appearing in TV’s latest 90210 remake, and a Tyler Perry film. But The Game lost about 2/3rds of it’s viewers last season.
According to Access Atlanta:
Opening at a monstrous 7.7 million viewers in early 2011, “The Game” was pulling in around 2 to 2.5 million viewers in the second half of the most recent season.
Will Lauren London be able to help The Game regain its lost viewership? Is it too late for The Game?
